Jeff Huston is a locally well known experienced and praised musician with years of live music performing.

Experience:

Jeff started in several high school rock bands as a young man in Lima, Ohio.

He toured in Los Angeles, CA including the original touring company of Jesus Christ Superstar. He went on to 17 years of playing sessions, clubs and original bands there as well.

He holds a B.A. of Arts from Cal State University Los Angeles. 

From there he moved to Columbus Ohio where he became a praised music teacher in the Columbus City School system. During that time, he also started a renowned private music lessons business, A Plus Music. He taught guitar, bass and drums to children and adults. 

He also holds a Masters of Vocal Music from the Ohio State University.

Current projects:

One Man Band - acoustic guitar, vocals, and feet drums with an eclectic mix of classic, rock, mellow rock, soul and Americana music. 

Street Players Trio - guitar, vocals, sax and bass since 2015

Street Players Band - drummer and vocals for the premier 6 piece horn Columbus private event band since 1995.

Drummers that transition to singer song writers, vocalists. Such as Levon Helm, Ringo, Dave Grohl and Phil Collins.
